Absolutely lovely little retreat out on the edge of Chesterfield. Barlow is a picturesque little village and the caravan site has plenty to do. Fishing ponds nearby with a cafe. Room for tents or caravan with an onsite shower and toilet facilities and on site local shop. Worth a trip
A lovely relaxed campsite in the picturesque village. The site has a well stocked shop with local farm produce. We found two pubs both serving local ales.
Good fishing, people say the cottage s are good value..village shop on site. Good local pub.
Lovely little farm shop, perfect stop for walkers for a hot drink and all your essentials, lots of lovely walks to take in the beautiful scenery. The bays are huge even the largest awnings fit with plenty of room left.
Well I thought it was great. Huge enclosed pitches. Fab walks around the fishing lakes and woods. Lovely shop on site selling local produce. Friendly locals. The Tickled Trout just up the road. Loved it.
