I would like to recommend this agency to everyone. I used to get a lot of help from very competent agent Matt, as me and my husband rented the property related with 3D lettings. The property was very nice, modern, clean, and what was the most important thing for myself, in the living room there was no carpet but panels. Makes my life much more easy about cleaning the floor ;). The contractors( engineer, plumber) were very helpful, always on time and solid. If there were any troubles with anything, they were always ready to solve it. Highly recommended
Great Lettings agency! Always answered any queries I had promptly, contractors were sent out as soon as possible if I had any problems, and their fees were minimal compared to other companies Id used. Friendly staff and everything from start to finish was simple. Would highly recommend!!
Couldn't recommend this company more. I had been a tenant with them for three years, and they always went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. We experienced a few plumbing emergencies, and even on a Sunday or bank holiday, they got support out to us as soon as possible. A really friendly team who always seem to look after the tenants as much as the landlords.
I cannot recommend 3D lettings enough. I have used them to rent out my house for over 6 years. Im notified immediately of any issues and Matt and Olivia go over and above to resolve them straight away. I have had very little time where the property has not been occupied. I have used a lettings agency attached to an estate agency in the past and the difference in the level of service isnt even comparable. The level of service and professionalism that 3D lettings provide is outstanding.
Matt took over my property management when my previous management company went into liquidation. The difference in level of service is quite unbelievable...3D put the tenant as well as the landlord at the centre of their work which means that I can relax in the knowledge that my tenant is happy and the property is well maintained. Their communication is prompt, professional and always helpful. I would recommend 3d lettings to anyone.
