I hand delivered confidential papers to this office in the past and they 'lost them'. I was told these things happen.... Still gave me a large bill for obtaining a copy of a will. They started to ask for other information without my say so.I will never use again and if asked I share my experience.
Absolutely awful- do not honor time frames, do not return calls, not helpful and not particularly kind either. We bought a house through Coates (who were wonderful) and had to communicate with Taylor and Emmet (the sellers solicitors). They communicated incorrect information to the seller and our solicitors as well as dishonored move in dates- despite contracts being signed. Do not use this company.
I sold my house in Dronfield in Feb 2017 and used Taylor & Emmet. I've not always had good experiences with conveyancers in the past but I can't say enough good things about Sarah Gaunt and her team. They were well informed, polite and ready to help and explain. The main thing for me though was that they actively pursued the other parties to move things as quickly as they could. I'm already using T&E again for the purchase of my new home.
